Street Harassment
Street harassment includes unwanted comments, gestures, or acts directed at someone in a public space without their consent. Though street harassment can happen to anyone, it is often directed at individuals because of their gender expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, or disability.

Starring, up-skirting (which means taking a photo up a skirt or dress without permission or using a mirror to look up someone’s dress without their permission) etc.

Street Harassment (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860)
Harassment in public places is defined as, “intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utter any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibit any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman.” (Source: Pakistan Penal Code, 1860)
Section 294 (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860): Obscene acts and songs:
Whoever, to the annoyance of others, (a) does any obscene act in any public place, or (b) sings, recites or utters any obscene songs, ballad or words, in or near any public place, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine, or with both.
Section 354A (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860): Assault or use of criminal force to woman
and stripping her of her clothes:
If a person assaults a woman using force, strips off her clothes and exposes her to public view, he is liable to be punished with death or lifelong imprisonment, and shall also be liable to fine.
Section 509 (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860): Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman
1) Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
(2) If a person demands sexual favours and uses a verbal or non-verbal form of communication, causing any kind of annoyance, the person is liable to a punishment of three years or fine or both.
Section 510 (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860): Misconduct in public by a drunken person
If a drunk person appears in any public place and causes annoyance to any person including women, he could be punished with imprisonment, or with fine or with both.

How to Report street Harassment in Pakistan?
Collect or document evidence establishing the authenticity of the crime (be alert, keep record of videos, pictures or any other material).
Immediately call 15 to report the incident, try to be as factually accurate as possible. Kindly refrain from lodging a false complaint.
Visit the relevant police station and submit the formal complaint detailing the entire incident, needed to formally initiate the investigation.
Police officer tasked with the case would investigate your complaint, collect evidence and present the offenders in front of the magistrate.
The Magistrate, depending upon the severity of the offence, then decides the punishment, as per the above mentioned PPC sections.
If fined, the offenders are issued with a bond, whereas in extreme cases (Section 354) an arrest warrant is issued and FIR is lodged.
